Quinta do Crasto produces wines from the Douro region of Northern Portugal, where steep terraced vineyards and schist soils define the landscape. The winery works with the indigenous varieties that have long characterized the region: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, and Touriga Francesa among them. Honore, a Touriga Nacional wine, represents the top of the portfolio. Vinha da Ponte blends six varieties—Tinta Amarela, Tempranillo, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Cão, Tinta Barroca, and Touriga Francesa—in a structure typical of serious Douro reds. Vinha Maria Teresa focuses on Tinta Roriz. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Falstaff.
