Reverchon
Reverchon produces Riesling from the Mosel, Germany's most celebrated cool-climate region. The winery's portfolio centers on the variety that defines the area: dry and off-dry expressions that capture the slate-driven minerality and precise acidity the Mosel is known for. The Filzener Herrenberg GG Riesling Trocken, a dry Grosses Gewächs designation wine, represents the top tier of the range. The Saar Mineral Riesling Feinherb offers a slightly sweeter profile, while the Ockfener Bockstein Kabinett Riesling Trocken delivers the lighter, delicate character typical of the Kabinett category. All three have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Wine Spectator. Reverchon's focus on single-vineyard Riesling reflects the Mosel's tradition of terroir-driven winemaking, where steep slopes and cool nights yield wines of tension and refinement.
