Rollin Père et Fils
Rollin Père et Fils works the slopes of Côte de Beaune, where limestone-rich soils and continental climate shape wines of precision and depth. The winery's Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays reflect the region's dual character: red wines marked by structure and mineral tension, whites by complexity and aging potential. The Aloxe-Corton, a Pinot Noir from one of Burgundy's most storied appellations, demonstrates the dark fruit and earthy grip the site commands. On the white side, the Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru 'Sous Frétille' and Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru—both Chardonnays—show the textural range and balance that define the Côte de Beaune's finest expressions. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Decanter. Rollin Père et Fils produces wines rooted in terroir and the classical Burgundian approach to varietal expression.
