The winery's core range centers on the traditional blend of Xarel-lo, Parellada, and Macabeo—grapes that define the region's mineral, orchard-fruit character. The Cava Imperial Reserva Brut represents the house's highest expression, a wine that Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator have assessed at 87 points. The standard Cava Imperial Brut, built from the same varietal foundation, sits at 83 points. A Gran Reserva rounds out the portfolio. These are dry, structured sparkling wines rooted in Cava's limestone terroir and the traditional méthode champenoise.
