Saladin produces wines from the Rhone Valley, drawing on the region's classical grape varieties. Per Èl, a white blend of Bourboulenc, Clairette, Marsanne, Grenache Blanc, and Viognier, represents the winery's work with the aromatic and textural possibilities of northern Rhone whites. Paul, a red combining Grenache and Clairette, explores the mineral and spice-driven character typical of Rhone reds. Chaveyron 1422, a Syrah, anchors the portfolio in the dark-fruited, structured tradition of the valley's signature varietal. The wines have been assessed by Falstaff, Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate.
