Tommasi

Tommasi produces wines from Valpolicella, the Veneto region renowned for its distinctive dried-grape method. The winery's portfolio centers on Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, the region's signature expression—a wine built from air-dried grapes that concentrate into dense, structured reds. De Buris Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva, a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Oseleta, exemplifies this approach with depth and aging potential. Ca' Florian Amarone, from Rondinella, Molinara, and Corvina, offers another expression of the house style. Beyond Amarone, Tommasi also makes Le Fornaci Rosé, a blend of Turbiana and Rondinella that demonstrates range across the portfolio. The winery's wines have been assessed by major critics including Decanter, Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Falstaff.
