Vegalfaro produces wines from Valencia, Spain's dynamic eastern region. The winery works with indigenous and international varieties, drawing on the character of local terroir. Pago de los Balagueses Garnacha Tintorera—Merlot, a blend of Merlot and Garnacha Tintorera, has been rated by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, and Wine Advocate. Caprasia Bobal, made from the native Bobal grape, reflects the region's viticultural heritage. The winery also produces Caprasia Brut, a sparkling wine from Chardonnay and Macabeo. These wines demonstrate the range possible in Valencia's warm Mediterranean climate, where both red and sparkling expressions find expression.
