The winery focuses on Aglianico, the region's signature red variety, which thrives in the mineral-rich soils around Mount Vulture. The Aglianico Del Vulture Piano Del Cerro expresses the grape's characteristic structure and depth, while the Riserva version extends that profile with additional aging. The winery also produces a white blend of Fiano and Greco—Basilicata's traditional white grapes—in the Pipoli bottling, capturing the aromatic and mineral qualities these varieties are known for in the region.
