Vigneti Massa works with the distinctive white and red varieties of Piemonte, in northern Italy's Colli Tortonesi hills. The winery focuses on Timorasso, a regional white of mineral precision and aging potential, and Barbera, the dark-skinned workhorse of the region. Costa del Vento Derthona and Derthona Montecitorio showcase the winery's approach to Timorasso—both wines have drawn assessment from Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Falstaff. Monleale, a Barbera, rounds out the portfolio. The wines reflect the terroir of a region where limestone soils and continental climate shape wines of structure and acidity.
