Vignoble Gibault
Vignoble Gibault produces wines from Touraine, the Loire Valley's central plateau, where limestone soils and moderate continental climate favor crisp white wines and structured reds. The winery's Touraine Chenonceaux, a Sauvignon Blanc, demonstrates the region's signature aromatic intensity and mineral precision. Its Touraine Cot—made from the dark-skinned variety also known as Malbec—reflects the Loire's capacity for elegant, age-worthy red wines with fine tannin structure. A second Sauvignon Blanc, Domaine de la Campanette Touraine Sauvignon, rounds out the portfolio. All three wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate.
