Yves Darviot produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from premier cru vineyards in Beaune, at the heart of Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship expressions: Beaune 1er Cru 'Les Vignes Franches', a Pinot Noir of structural depth; Beaune 1er Cru 'Le Clos des Mouches' Blanc, a Chardonnay of mineral precision; and Beaune 1er Cru 'Le Clos des Mouches' Rouge, another Pinot Noir from the same storied vineyard.
