Château Pas du Cerf produces wines from Côtes de Provence, the Mediterranean region celebrated for its dry, mineral rosés and structured reds. The winery's portfolio centers on two rosés and a red that draw from Provence's classic varieties. Rocher des Croix La Londe, a blend of Shiraz and Grenache, and Diane, which combines Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvedre, and Tibouren, represent the house's approach to pale, refreshing wines. The Côtes de Provence Rouge, built from Mourvedre, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Shiraz, offers darker fruit and tannin structure. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, and Falstaff.
