Domaine du Deffends produces rosés in Provence, the Mediterranean region celebrated for its pale, dry expressions of this category. The winery's La Fadade Coteaux Varois en Provence Rosé, a blend of Cinsault and Grenache, demonstrates the mineral precision and delicate fruit character these varieties bring to the region's limestone soils.
