The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva represents the upper tier of this category, crafted from selected parcels and given additional maturation. Alongside these traditional bottlings, the winery makes Amor Costante, a Toscana-designated Sangiovese that sits outside the strict Brunello framework. Sangiovese from this region typically shows dark cherry, leather, and mineral notes, with the tannin architecture to age gracefully.
